This Privacy Policy explains how ADA Transportation, operated by Ada Transportation Atl LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a luxury airport and executive chauffeur service based in Georgia serving the Atlanta metro, collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit adatransportationatl.com (the "Site") or request our services. By using the Site or submitting a booking request, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you submit a booking request or contact us, we collect the details you enter, which may include your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, number of passengers, flight number, and any notes or special requests.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical data through analytics and cookies — such as your device type, browser, approximate location, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site. We use Google Analytics for this.
Text messaging information
If you opt in to text messages, we collect your mobile number and records of the messages we exchange in order to confirm and coordinate your ride.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your booking requests and provide, schedule, and coordinate transportation services;
- To contact you about your ride by phone, text, or email;
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services;
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and spam, and to comply with legal obligations.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program: ADA Transportation booking & customer-care messages. Message types include booking confirmations, scheduling and pickup coordination, and replies to your inquiries. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our booking form or by texting us first.
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from ADA Transportation related to your booking (such as confirmations and coordination). Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. You can also contact us at 404-330-4994.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as needed to run our business, with:
- Service providers that operate the Site and our communications on our behalf — including Formspree (booking-form delivery), Twilio (text messaging), Google Analytics (website analytics), and Google Firebase Hosting (website hosting);
- Legal and safety recipients, when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.
Please note: under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the use of analytics or advertising partners can be considered "sharing" or "selling" of personal information even when no money changes hands. You may opt out of analytics as described in Section 5.
5. Cookies & Analytics
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for Google Analytics to understand traffic and improve the experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on.
6. Data Retention
We keep booking and contact information only as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your Privacy Rights
California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of it, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Do Not Sell or Share (California): We do not sell your personal information for money. To the extent our use of Google Analytics is considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA, you may opt out by disabling cookies, using Google's Analytics opt-out add-on, or by emailing us a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" request.
EU/EEA & UK residents (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to data portability and objection. Our lawful bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in operating the service.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in the Contact section. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
